The Red Sea Consultancy is a specialist recruitment consultancy established to provide leadership and management to the Not for Profit sector. Red Sea is focused on recruiting for some of the most challenging, complex and critical markets to our current and future generations. These include Environmental, International Development, Religious, Social Welfare and Animal.  We recruit for local and National roles including CEO, CFO, Director & Management across Finance and Operations, PR & Communications, Human Resources, Business Development & CSR/ Account Management, Fundraising & Marketing, Policy and Research, and International roles such as Country Managers and Project Management.

Our Aims

‘The aim of The Red Sea Consultancy is to provide a transparent and engaged recruitment process whilst keeping our focus and primary perspective on the sectors themselves. We recognize that each client organisation is different in size, structure and financial status, and so we aim to approach each organisation and role recruited for as an individual entity, both in the recruitment process and when agreeing costs and fees. This individualistic approach and flexibility is one of the factors that separates our consultancy from other agencies, in that we work the process and cost on each assignment as a case by case basis dependant on these factors. The Red Sea Consultancy is dedicated to being a changing consultancy for changing times. We are being specifically grown and engineered to not dictate to the sector but to listen, respond and adapt to its needs.  Relationship and engagement with the top candidates and clients is how we aim to accomplish this, along with a sound business model and long term vision. The Red Sea Consultancy has various new ideas and projects in development. These include a free recruitment service for clients and candidates who wish to get involved in International volunteer work, and we are currently in contact with some large organisations regarding this. In the future, we intend to be directly involved in the market, sending consultants out abroad for periods to work in volunteer posts.
