Volunteering

We believe that actions define an organisation. Our interest in providing clients with volunteers for different national and international projects has resulted in the establishment of a free recruitment service with this in mind. Alongside this we aim to be personally involved with organisations, sending our consultants out to use their skills and talents in the field.

Assessment

Our consultancy carries experience of recruiting at senior manager, director and CEO level, and our interview and assessment process reflect this experience in our working practices. Our concern is to find the best candidate for the position, and we engineer our search, selection and contingency processes to optimise and achieve these aims. All candidates are subject to fair treatment and honesty throughout, and are reference checked at the appropriate time.
