International Development

The challenges facing the developing world are becoming increasing urgent. Poverty, disease, famine, climate change and natural disasters have created ever changing and growing humanitarian crisis.

International development seeks to implement long-term solutions to problems by helping developing countries create the necessary capacity needed to provide sustainable solutions to their problems. A truly sustainable development project is one which will be able to carry on indefinitely with no further international involvement or support, whether it is financial or otherwise. International Development projects may consist of a single, transformative project to address a specific problem or a series of projects targeted at several aspects of society. This includes foreign aid governance, healthcare, education, gender equality, human rights, environmental and economics. Also within the Development sector is Humanitarian aid and Disaster Relief.

Our consultancy deals with these key areas and looks to assist recruitment to all levels of management for sustainable NGO’s, Aid Agencies, related charities, Government Departments, Educational and Research institutes and long-term multi-lateral agencies.

The roles we deal with may be sector specific but also generalist. So while we look at Country Managers and Project Managers for International and National roles, we will also recruit in-house into the company structure – for example, Hr Directors, Finance Directors and Communications Managers.
