Executive Recruitment
Our aim is to provide the best candidates across our designated markets, bringing individual experience in recruiting at CEO, Director and Management levels.
We treat every search we take on as a bespoke project, and offer various solutions dependant on the requirements of the client and the position and structure of their organisation. These encompass Search and Selection, Contingency and in-house recruitment consultancy work. We also offer a service as a top tier or advisory consultancy for dealing with third party agencies.
Search
For senior level roles such as CEO or Directors we offer a search process. These roles are identified and tend to be very specialist in nature, and often require particular sensitivity in how they are handled. We offer a search service that includes sourcing from our networks in and out of the marketplace if required, and can work on both a head hunting and referral approach.
Selection
These roles tend to be advertised roles either locally or nationally. Our process including a matrix with a full long-list and short listing process, and is usually a two or three stage internal interview process before the shortlist is produced.
Permanent / Contract
Roles which do not require a senior search or selection process are handled on a ‘no find, no fee’ or contingency basis.
In-house
We offer consultants on specific projects in an advisory capacity. These can include internal re-structure or recruitment advice, or singular elements of the recruitment process when the process is handled in-house- for example a shortlist recommendation only or final panel interviewing only, and are charged on a daily or weekly basis.
Volunteers
For our clients who are looking for senior local, national or international volunteers we offer a free recruitment process, indentifying and supplying candidates free of charge as a free service and as a statement of our dedication to the sector.
